Inside the boot, on the r/h/s there is a pull down flap to get to the lights, it's at the bottom of the well in there

Smooth rear window is a nice touch.
That's an OEM+ type modification that I could see the VW scene doing.

This is one of those really difficult moments....
The car is rare enough to warrant preserving, but the bill for repairing it will be several times what it's worth.

Okay, so after 8 months of not having the heart to scrap it. Work will commence in the autumn in major rebuild - anyone have any free parts? Lol

Will publish wish list soon. Popped to see a mate who runs a body shop today. Will start next month at a sedate pace, probably 4-5 days a month. Plan is to strip her right back and put everything right first time around. Have got 12 months-ish in my mind
