Membership Paid - but no renewal request!

Paid today by bank transfer.

I know the expiry was Oct 17th, but strangely didn't get a renewal request.

Hi Paul, thanks for confirming payment which I can see in the system. Apologies for the lack of a reminder but have been away on business and then a half term break. I will process your renewal as soon as the system is updated which will likely be next week

Hi Glen, I have just sent you an email with info on renewal / payment methods etc. Apologies but the system did not flag a renewal reminder for your membership renewal for some reason.
