Just tried to join the club paying via paypal and two time it just returned me to the main home page!!

You have done it incorrectly 
Your application has now been submitted two times, you are suposed to make your paypal payment before submitting the form as per instructions.
Please make your paypal payment and once done send me a PM with your full name that you used on the form...
