Castle Combe Friday 31st August OPL

Well after the bad day for the Senator on the last open pit at combe I'm thinking of booking this one in the next week it's only £159 which is very good and OPL is not common at combe anyone else up for it?

It's with Apex it was under booked last time which gave plenty of track time (not for the Senny though)and it's run by petrol heads alike which makes for a good day unlike some other track day organisers.

So who's in?

Not a hope for me - new registrations come out the next day so zero chance of getting a day off sadly as that does seem excellent value. Just got back from a track evening at Brands, great fun driving around a Caterham CSR 260

Seriously thinking about this ... if finances and time allow

I'll definitely need to get a trailer and hitch sorted as well ... more money

I'm aiming to get my top-mounts sorted by then, so I might be able to give the beast it's first outing...

I've booked the day off work, so even if the car isn't ready then I will be able to come and hopefully grab passenger rides :)

Tow bar installed, just need to sort out the electrics. So looking good at the moment

Work may be the only issue, but I'm hoping that will sort itself out and I'll be booking soon

Can't do this as there's no way the airbox will be sorted in time. But I should be attending all things being well. I already know how much fun the Senny is at Combe, but the Westy should be a giggle too

The noise will be lessened by then Joe so should only require moderate ear defense. Suspension will still be dubious though, so could be interesting.

Im definitely there for the day guys..Look forward for a few passenger runs. Even bringing the bird to show her what all this coupe and track malarkey is all about..

Sorry guys, I've been dithering over this as I've got loads on at work and probably will have 'til early Sept. I was hoping to book something last minute, if work was looking ok.
