Rolling Road day near Peterborough?

Anyone interested in doing a rolling road day at Tiger Racing near Peterborough? They have just put in a new 2WD dyno and are offering runs for £45 if there are 15 or more people interested.

im down for this, maybe co-inside the yorkshire meet with this, its the confidence of going to a coop friendly rr session with other coop owners.

Yorkshire is a long way from Peterborough

im situated just near a1, can do peterborough in around an 1hr 30mins

My mate has a M3 EVO convertible and is also intrested in finding just how many horses have left over the years, would it be ok to put his name down too or is it Coupes only??

I am new to this forum , but have a great love and passion for the Coupe. I have been fighting to get more power from my Coupe recently and am keen to know what it is putting out at the moment. Iv had a highbred Turbo fitted and replaced the Air Flow Meter and a few other parts after experiencing some running problems. Im due to have a superchip fitted very soon but would like to see the BHP etc before and after this is done. I work for myself so time of event is not a problem for me. I also only live 25ish miles from P'boro so Ideal location ! Keep me posted if this comes off as i am deffinantly inetrested to see if I can hit the majic 300bhp.

So you tell me not to fit the Super Chip, give us a hint as to why not ?

Superchips have a reputation for overfuelling in a Coupe - not good for power, not good for fuel consumption and fairly certain to result in borewash and accelerated cylinder wear.

Other than that, they're fine

If you want to chip your car, do a search (and be prepared for a LOT of results) on "G-Tec" - this forum has its own tame chip-writer, GrahamL. The results speak for themsleves. Just about all the 250 - 350 bhp Coupes use a version of his chips.

Just cancelled the £500 Superchip. Now just got to get enough courage up to fit a G-Tech myself !! unless anyone knows of a decent mechanic in the Northants/midlands area

Egg, check the "How-To" section out on the forum, theres a walkthru for it.
Ftting a new chip took me 30mins, its a somewhat daunting but straightforward and easy job.

Have tigerracing had much to do with tuned coops before ?
All i need to do is fit my Walbro, then need to do a dyno run & a bit of setting up of the Greddy on the RR.
Should crack 300bhp if everything is ok.

egg, if you decide to do it yourself all well and good....however, you will still need to become aquainted with motor-mech in brum for top quality spannering services for the bigger jobs....he's a great bloke and good pricing too...0121-633-9823, paul gilbert and the lovely svet..

Right GTECH Fitted and ready for the rollers ! Please tell me where and when, im dieing to see what the improvement is. I have found a company at Silverstone that would do it for £65inc but this seems a bit steep for me any other RR near Northamptonshire that anyone knows of ?
