South East Christmas Meet / meal

I just wanted to canvas interest in us southeastern owners holding a get together this year?
I know it’s a difficult time for many with the cost of living etc but it would be good to reconnect after all the past Covid restrictions preventing us meeting up.
It’s just a suggestion and feel free to offer alternatives but we have a number of Beefeater restaurants in the area, many linked to Premier Inn hotels so free and plentiful parking is normally available.
I attach a menu and location map for info and was thinking of somewhere on the Kent / Surrey border area. I was thinking late November / Early December to avoid family celebrations etc.

Been a long time. I'm up for alternative venue, some of the previous ones were good; but happy with whatever/wherever is decided upon.

I could be interested but a Beefeater's not an ideal venue for us veggies

Bolney Stage would be a good choice but book early to avoid disappointment or a table for the right number!

Can I ask for any +1's and a preferred date please. I have made an initial booking for the 27th November at 12.30 for 10 people so at least we have a booking confirmed to work with.

Hi Andrew, I just had a look to see if I could modify the booking further but it would not let me. It seems our party of 12 booking is the maximum for lunch on that date. I will sense check a week prior to ask those down to attend to reconfirm in case a space opens up.

Ashley, I've had to call up Beefeater once or twice to make increase from 12 people booking online and they have been fine with it so its worth giving them a call.
