I've managed to book up to 10 spaces for the club, but they need numbers. If you'd like to come, it's free for exhibitors, please add your name below, I'll need to let the organisers know by the end of Feb.

The last couple of years has been fun and loads of cool cars, this year they have doubled the number of cars

We’re currently finalising plans for the show, we will be sending out hangers for yourself and club members shortly.

This is set to be the biggest show we’ve done, with cars stretching over a mile long – so you can imagine the admin for the small team here!!

Please can you send us your Facebook/Instagram handles so we can start to promote?

I've had the passes delivered, but we have a little problem. They've only sent 6 and there's 7 of us.

Is anyone thinking of dropping out? Could you let me know asap? I've contacted the organisers to see where we stand if all 7 of us turn up with only 6 passes.

Can you let me know if you want your pass posted out to you or if you're ok with meeting up beforehand and going in convoy. I believe we'd be able to meet up relatively close to venue as well.

My sister can come with me if there is a problem with 7 tickets. Where shall we meet?

Coupe is on the road and ready for action though the paintwork isn't the best. Happy to meet somewhere. What about J33 services?

J33 is good for me, and if others are coming from other side of the bridge we can meet by the racecourse. I'll check for somewhere suitable

Sorry guys this has been cancelled due to a waterlogged pitch.

Please only attend of you are happy to park in the public car park that is not part of the show.

The show will continue in a smaller capacity for those who were lucky enough to be booked on the paved section

Yes it is a shame. I'm going to go as a normal public person to see the rest as it's still a good amount of cars and a few hours out of the house.

Just noticed that the email they've sent says they will exchange the parking pass for free entry if anyone of us still wants to go.

Obviously, this would not solve any problems, but if you would like to attend as a guest and support the hospice we would be more than happy to offer you a free ticket in exchange for your parking pass.

I was just about to post up that I would be dropping out of this due to contracting Covid this week.
Disappointing that everyone else now won't be able to attend either.
Better that the grass area section has been called off, than hundreds of cars possibly being stranded in the mud...

Big pity especially after all the organisation by Mark, but a least my coupe got a wash this afternoon!

Does anyone fancy meeting up anyway for 10am and trying to park together in the car park?

The email said we exchange a car pass for a ticket, I'd need to give you the pass. I'm aiming to get there for 10am, so can give you the pass then, or I can leave the spares by the back tyre of mine for you to collect if they don't blow away or get nicked.
