I emailed Phil about this and the Chelsea show a while ago, from two different email addresses, but had no response.

I did get an email a couple of weeks ago about Gaydon though, so I know he must have recieved the other emails, to enable him to obtain my email address.

Sorry no group discount, but slightly cheaper than the other shows" Is what the man from AutoItalia said. It's buy your own tickets on the gate (nice & easy) kids 15 & under go free If we could confirm by, say, by the 19th September that would give us all time to decide

This event is a general performance event, so it will be a mix of cars from the usual suspects (Italian) to Porsches, Ultra VW's and Japanese Performance cars, so plenty to keep the eye entertained.

is that public or show car owners ?

Peaking in AutoItalia mag, there's 10 prizes
they're giving away, probably Meguiar’s goodie bags, not a big deal, I wonder if this is for most shiniest motor, better get buffing !

Angling to make this, but need to do a bit of domestic negotiation as have visitors that weekend. Too unsure to put even as provisional yet. Certainly would be nice timing before tucking the coupe up for winter.

Any convoys arranged yet coming from south east M25?

Is a pay on the day event or are we pre ordering tickets as a sort of club event/meet??

Best to meet up outside the fuel station (just past / after the main car park) - there's a number of bays in front of where the pumps are located.

According to viamichelin Windsor race course SL4 5JJ takes 45mins (if you're lucky) so maybe need to aim for leaving @ 9am? depending on whether we hear if clubs can get in earlier

I was thinking of heading across country via Guildford and the A322 or is it the A233 I can never remeber which, but I know how to get there
The problem with the Clacket Lane meet/convoy is that you'd have to go right past it on the other side and up to the M20 turn and to the next junction before be able to turn round and come back on the right side of the carridgeway and that's an awful long way to go Anyone coming from the south west side of Clackets lane is welcome to meet up at say the Shell Garage just off the A24 at Broardbridge Heath and we can convoy from there. Anybody interested in this?

I was thinking timing to meet up at Reigate Hill - we'll join from here as the guys from Clacket reach it...used to do this a lot with the Alfa club...almost as good as the Red arrows reforming if we get the timing right

However...happy to meet at Broadbridge Heath followed by a cross counrty dash...probably the most sensible route...

I've lost track of the number of meets I've been to this year but the closest was Edinburgh and that's 100mls, about 2k worth of meet milage but it's good crack

Not a bad day, think they may have under estimated the amount of Italian cars that would turn out. Was really windy which made it very cold. The sun did manage to break out a couple of times, but it was very short lived. It was great to see everyone there, even Rob40 who seems quite sleep deprived Hope you got back okay Rob.

Really good day, if only it wasn't so cold and windy. Still plenty of great car to take your mind of the weather. Nice to see all the other cars too, brought back memories of bug jams years ago. Good blast down the M4 with Patch, Peachy, Joe, Dan and the rest of you on the way there. Definately on for the diary next year.

good time had guys really enjoyed seeing everyone ha patch cant wait to see the videos.

Cheers Alexis, managed to get back for 6.50 so wasn't a bad run back up north. M6 was closed both ways for 20 mins but other than that it was a nice blast.
Big thanks to Jason for the shortcut to the M40, it was certainly quicker than the route i came down.

Great meeting some more new faces, and of course catching up with some of the regulars. Sorry if i didn't speak to everyone, not sure what was worse, the cold or the tiredness!
Great coupe turnout, was well worth the trip down but i don't normally need an excuse to stretch the old girl's legs

I thought there might have been a few more Italian exotics, being an AutoItalia event, but was good to see a huge Porsche gathering and some old classics.

Well i think that's me done with meets for this year, i'll be parking her up over the winter and do a little more tinkering

Great day, spent a good deal of the day keeping my little ones happy, noseying around the other cars. Little ones are a great bonus to take around, got lots of sits in some of the classic Porsches today Makes up for the time I spent in the park too

Thanks to Jake for keeping my two entertained on the monkey bars (although I think he enjoyed it really!)

A good day, good to meet up with faces old and new, some good banter limited as I could hold today what with needing eyes in the back of my head.

Oh, and anyone interested in the James Bond smokescreen, pm me I can do a good deal!

It was after that that i really enjoyed myyelf

I'm sorry to have missed out of this day as it looked a really great turn-out. I was looking forward to it - so much so that car even got the full clay and polish treatment saturday afternoon. Not much would have made me miss it but unfortunatley my Mum being taken into hospital was one of them.

was a good meet and good to see some old faces and some new ones and thanks very much to patch for sorting out my funny spot on my car , cheers mate .

I thought the day went very well and there was a great effort on presentation for this final meet of the year. The other car clubs certainly gave it a different feel and it was really nice to look around something different.

The chap who stopped to talk to me about the coupés in the scrap yard was... urr, what... do I do attract them

Ed's show winning Coupe looked fantastic but I would say that owning a Vincy myself

Phil the Vid was spot on but guys, can we maybe next year we can go a little faster the 65mph as I found the progress a little slow

All in all Jake and I had a nice day out, no point putting my pics up as most are above anyway
