Maintenance has not been a problem until i suffered a master brake cylinder leak … and power windows regulator malfunction

I’ve been trying to find the correct replacement part for the master brake cylinder but was informed by the local supplier that fiat stopped producing the parts . They told me to get it modified ? . I am clueless at the moment…

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated… ?
