If the 20VT didn't need sodium valves then they wouldn't be fitted in the first place as they are MUCH more expensive.

If you use decent boost pressure the EGTs show you would be extremely marginal with OE vlves.

Bringing this back from the past, is the 2.4 JTD crank the same as the gas version 2.4?
