Persuaded to take a new model X1 on test.
Have to say it has a lovely ride, is nice and nippy with lots of torque.
The BMW rotary media control is excellent to use and overall I am very impressed.
Not quite as involving to drive as my current X1 though?
Mine feels more rear wheel drive orientated, whereas the new model seems more front wheel drive biased.
The ride feels more like a VW than a BMW (not a bad thing).
