Someone from an overseas Coupé club has contacted me regarding a car he has spotted for sale near Leicester. It's an Italian car but it is not a Fiat coupé.

He would welcome someone taking a look over the car to check the condition of bodywork. He can deal with the mechanical issues that have been highlighted and some restoration work but doesn't want to travel to the UK with a trailer for a car that could be a total rot box. The car is listed with mechanical issues and looks fine in the pictures currently supplied but there is no real indication on the bodywork condition, either in the pictures or the description.

Unfortunately I now can't get over to Leicester to take a look at the car, if only he'd called me two days ago!

The fellow has just given me his postcode and it's near Naseby along the A14. If he had told me earlier I may have been able to get there this afternoon
