Well it could be Begbie...but if so, I didn't know he had a red one, and is it being broken to supply said Broomy, or restored?

Yes I immediately thought Begbie, then possibly PeteP, but from the rest of the description that was unlikely.

The owner's wife once had one die on her with faulty electrics.

Not guilty your honour.
My broomy hasn't really started as a project yet.
The sprinty track project is on the road sort of. Needs the roll cage installing, belts, clutch, usual stuff....

Definitely not me, the wife could kill me if I bought another project coupe laugh But mine is easily spotted in Sandhurst though

Ah, but only "could" and not "would", so there's still a chance you might get away with it? And it wouldn't have to be a project...

That was a typo on my behalf and she would definitely kill me laugh Bad enough with 4 cars on the driveway, let alone adding a 5th

Re: Broomy at Sandhurst - 12/10/2018 06:58

No idea, but I think I know the location of said broomy as I had a very quiet forum member PM me a while back thinking I lived on the road next to him as he has spotted a broomy and assumed it was me.

Sounds like a good lead!

Well, I drove down the road where I thought said coupe(s) were meant to be living, but didn't see them. I've PM the guy who thought it was me to see if he can share any info on this

I'm told there is also a sprint blue parked up in sandhurst area also. I have my man on the chase for it.

As I've just posted in the spotted section, it seems ForFoot30 has found me as the wife sent me a photo of the note he left on the coupe asking if I wanted to sell it and that he has a 20vt as well. 3rd time that's happened now

Couldn't have found a smaller photo? laugh Thinking about it, I have seen a broomy 20vt around Sandhurst, occasionally parked up by the shops on the high street

Indeed, surprised at the minimal size supplied smile

Try this, basically cropped - how does one "enlarge" a pic anyway?
