The engine hunts only sometimes when warm.
I would guess an air leak somewhere but it's strange that it doesn't do it all the time.

Suspect it’s a coil pack, tricky to identify which one, so obtain a good one and replace in turn until it stops, alternatively check the serial no’s on your existing packs to see if there is an older/out of order number.
Finally, how old are your spark plugs as they do age, might be worth getting a new set, cheap enough!

Worth checking and cleaning the idle control valve. Mine used to hunt a bit on idle and it was a dirty idle valve and perished gasket. You can even make a new gasket from a corn flake box, there’s a how to on here somewhere??
