Removing the inlet manifold - 16v Turbo

This is a job I haven't had to do before. I'm swapping out the injectors. What's the best method to remove the inlet?

I removed mine for the same reason around 2005 and really don't remember too much except it involved a great deal of swearing.
Some of the bolts I had to get at from under the car with a long extension.
