Solenoid for avcr?

Solenoid for avcr? - 14/11/2017 20:43

Hi
I've been offered a used avcr with wiring, but no solenoid. What kind of solenoid can I use for it? I found some original Apexi ones,but they are costy. With shipping, the cost of a solenoid and the used avcr unit combined will be close to the cost of a new avcr unit with solenoid... I've seen some solenoids called MAC, wich are advertised to be compatible with the avcr, but will it work? Does anyone have any experience with this?

Yes Mac valves should work ok!
check you get the correct voltage and configuration

Ok. So I need to know what configuration is needed... Checking Apexi website then.

Looking through an online manual, I find that I'll also need a pressure sensor...

I think I have the pressure sensor somewhere, god knows where though!
