Been shopping around all morning and been very disappointed with the results. Mods declared with current insurer Adrian Flux increased from 560 to 860. Others company's never came close.

Until Greenlight Insurance. Very happy today and paid in full it was that good!
Very happy and fully recommended by me. Very friendly service compared to the other company's.
Full no claims discount
Full mods declared
Limited mileage 4k
368.00 fully comp result.

I was with Greenlight for 3 or 4 years too and was happy with them, until they stopped accepting monthly payments frown

Just started my new policy with these guys, got an excellent price and was a straight forward chat without over the top aggravating questions.

Think these guys are doing payment again now T

Thanks Rich, but too late now. I'm on to my third year with Neil Willies and have been happy with the service Sarah provided while she was with them.

I'm sure her new company will be the same and if they are, then I'll be sticking with them when I renew again smile

Thanks

I'll try Sarah again next year. I did leave a message for her but I guess she never got it while changing companies

Sarah was on "gardening" leave but starts her new job today. I've already received a letter from Neil Willies saying that my Coupe insurance is transferred to Glynwood Specialist Insurance. For interest Glynwood's number is 01527 591057.

I'd suggest giving Sarah a couple of days to get her feet under the desk though wink

I would be wary about recommendations until an actual claim has been dealt with. You can't judge insurance based in price and pre-accident service alone.

I agree, I think in this day & age most insurance companies go through a number of questions for quotes and probably more when a claim is made.

Don't know about any of you guys but if I had £500 of damage to fix with a £250 excess I would probably try to arrange it myself even if I had 5 years protected no claims.

All the insurers must be underwritten by one of the big boys.

There is nothing to suggest in my experience that any forms are better or worse when it comes to pay outs. In fact, the bigger firms probably have more resource to argie as to why they shouldnt pay out.

I rarely choose a company on anything other than price nowadays, everything else being equal in terms of policy cover.
