Wow ! I can't believe how much higher your top speed is down the straight. You are hitting 100mph across the line, where as I was struggling to get to 85mph.
Yet are lap times were similar !

I think I managed 87mph (on the racetrack ) down the main straight.

God only knows what speed I hit in the coupe .

I managed 89 on the start/finish. Increased rev limiter of 7400 helps as I just save having to change gear. The Indy used to do 100 across the line.

I got 70 in my Bora.

YEAH!

No idea what I was hitting, as half the time I could not work out where the finish line was. I do know that I used 4th a few times, which would mean over 100, and when I did I had brake pretty hard to get the right side of the cone to que up again.
