TrackTime info update.

If you buy youre tickets online they wil kost you 40 euro,and gives you 20 minutes of track time.At the race track the will kost 45 euro. Wearing a helmet is mandatory for the driver and one passenger.

In the week before the event further information will be given for registration at the track.

There will be 3 sessions, the exact time will be put online as soon as possible.

I have translated the regulations already for you guys. If you want I can send them to you in a personal message ore put them here in this topic online.

You also have to sign an SAFEGUARD CLAUSE, this you can do at the track.

These a the regulations for Viva Italia 2016

GUIDELINES WHILE DRIVING
• All participants must be 10 minutes prior to their
session to draw in the street on the paddock is

• Wearing a helmet is mandatory.
OTHER DIRECTIVES
• Following a briefing is required, without briefing is excluded. After the briefing, participants receive a
wristband. Without wrist strap is excluded.
• Participants to sign a disclaimer clause in advance.
• In the event of non-compliance with the rules of procedure is excluded and there is no right to a refund.
• In the event of no show there is no right to a refund

Yes at first you have to buy the Track time tickets they can be sould out if you wait to long , there are three runs you can join ,the other tickets can come later , and wil be no problem because we as a club have reservated enough paddock space

We as a club have a discount for the entrance tickets , they called clubintree tickets, this wil only work in combination whit a code that i become from the oganisation , this code i wil send you per pm and is also youre paddockticket that you need to print out , and put behind youre windscreen when you arive on the track.

Super Joe , i had contact with the organization of Viva Italia, three weeks before the event the will send me the clubcode, witch you need to print out and place it behind youre windscreen, the code you need also to order youre clubintree tickets online and the lay out form the paddock,

T-shirt example is super, i think this weekend ill post it here ofcourse with the price , and send the ones who are interested an E-mail from the guy who takes care of it.

I'm a bit late to the party, but have been planning to come for a while now, just needed to make sure the Coupe was back up and running. I'm just looking at booking track time and ferries for now, but it doesn't look like there's many coming from the UK? And the journey back on Sunday evening via a night ferry before work/school on Monday morning will be tough!

Reben, in an earlier post you said there are 3 track sessions we can join, is it #2 #3 and #4 or are there now 4 sessions we can join? Is it first come first served in terms of which session we can join?

Club entry at 15 euro is shown on the booking form (but only allows 2 people?) as well as the 40 euro for track session (price for each session I assume?) Can we book club entry now or will it be cheaper with the discount code 3 weeks before the event? Also I was hoping there might be a family ticket or some other discount for 3 people in total, but nothing is shown? Maybe I need to "share" one of my passengers with someone else?

Any thoughts about accommodation for Saturday night? (Apologies if it's already sorted, I haven't looked yet)

Hello DaveG , youre most welcome , i had info that there were three track sessions but they added more tracktime sessions , the sessions i posted you can join ,the clubcode you need to get the tickets cheaper they will send me the code three weeks before the event, i have reserve 35 spots on the paddock , so there wil be no problem getting these tickets , the prices of 15 and 40 euro are only when you book online.
You are right about the two tickets per car ,and there is no family ticket , i can ask if one of oure guys can take a passenger with them.

The T-shirts for Viva Italia are ready for production, costing 9.50 Euro , shipment with track and trace will addit 13 euro extra.
We can also hand it over on Viva Italia the may 15.
