Hi, i was wondering is someone do modification to relay so driver side swith can be operate only if you hold button like passanger?

It's just not that simple. The windows and locking are controlled by and ecu under the driver seat. You would need to modify the ECU, not an easy task. Alternatively fork of the passenger wires to a second window ecu and feed them to the drivers side of that.

Mine is 16v Turbo, and i dont have any module under seats, only jack for handbrake. Thanks for answer.

The 16v module for the windows is white and lives next to the fuse board.
