About the 5:2 diet, I found I was so hangry I could easily kill a man for a Snickers by the second day. Its Slimming world for me! Started a rather rotund 19st 3 and currently 16 10. Look forward to those holiday pictures Matt I've been slightly following slimming world. I've lost about 3/4 of astone (16 to 15 and a bit) Lesley has been doing it proper , lost about two stone and has kept it off for the last year.

You've heard of Rosemary Conley's diet plan, I prefer Billy Connolly's dieting advice: "Eat less, move more".

Well there's been a number plate amnesty and HAN is going to stay. The DVLA let me pay £80.00 to take the plates off the Soul then said sod off you can't put them on the coop as it will make the vehicle look newer! (would take more than a blummin' number plate)
