With a heavy heart, it's time to sell my pride and joy cry

Here's a warts 'n' all breakdown of my cherished Plus:

Car specification

Fiat Coupé 20V Turbo Plus
First registered November 1999 on a 'V' Plate
Moon Grey
Five previous owners. My fourth Coupé.
151k mileage

Usual Plus refinements:
LE Lips and Skirts
Honeycomb grille
Silver 180MPH clocks
Black Recaro seats with red stitching
Six speed gearbox
Push button start
Plus alloys
Red Brembo calipers
Sparco strut brace

All three keys: alloy, blue and red

FC Performance (Flea) remap to 270BHP with RR printout to prove
K+N air filter
Cat-back stainless exhaust
NOMAD single pillar pod with silver boost gauge that is a good match for the silver clocks
Forge Re-circ dump valve
Air horns
White silicone hoses
HID/Xenon dipped beam with matching sidelights
Clear side repeaters
Stick centre console replaced with gloss piano black
Grab handles removed
Polished coil pack cover
Private plate included with sale: M20 VTP (My 20V Turbo Plus) includes two sets of number plates, current spacing on car is M 20VT P.

*Forum owned by myself and previous owner with all posts searchable on forum dating back to 2007
*Featured in Auto Italia magazine March 2009, included with sale
*Official FIAT 20V mats
*Fairly recent Toyo Proxes tyres all round with plenty of tread
*Interior nooks and crannies including the side badges have been waxoyled and sealed
*Cannon rubber overmat in boot
*all receipts for work done totalling thousands of pounds from Power Italia and FIAT
*All previous MOT's
*I have a spreadsheet detailing all spending and servicing during my ownership
*Excellent mechanical condition and drives superbly

*Cambelt is due in August
*Paint lacquer peel around Fuel filler
*Handbrake is so poor it's non existant
*Rust on the front wings (easily replaced)
*Rust on the rear wings (all shown in photos)
*Very slow coolant leak - I top it up once a month. Has been like this since I bought her in 2011
*Alloys in poor condition and need a refurb
*Had a scuff on the wing, bonnet and door (see photos)
*Driver's side lip is cracked (photos)
*Driver's seat bolster is worn commensurate with age and mileage
*Passenger side rear brake light cup has bubbled paint
*Mild bubbling on driver's side of bonnet
*Usual stone chips and paint work flaws to be expected with a 19 year old high mileage car (but she looks ace when cleaned!)
*Air con needs a regass

There you have it. This car has been my pride and joy for the last six years. She took my first born home from the hospital and is now known as the 'daddy mobile'. My six year old cried when I said I was selling. It's been a member of the family and I've never been emotional about selling a car before. That's what these cars do to you. They have soul!
She's never let me down, not once. By far the most reliable car I've owned. She's mechanically sound but the alloys and the points above mean she needs a few £ spending to get her looking as she did a few years ago. She still looks great after a good clean.

Pictures here:

Baring mind the body work issues and the need for a cambelt replacement soon, the price is 4k. Viewing recommended. You can have a spin around the block, or you can test drive if you have proof of insurance. Alternatively you can give me 4k and you can test drive, but I will keep the money if you prang it!
Any questions please fire away.
Thank you.

Matt Baker.

Glad you've found a buyer but sorry you've had to let her go frown

All good things come to and end, as they say. Still hurts a bit!
