did you serviced the belts and cleaned the pulleys?
rust and dirt unbalance the pulleys

Has the engine been opened up to confirm the extent of the damage?

When were the aux belts and tensioners last changed?

We have a member of the-collective, in a similar position.

But where to source one?

I bounced it off FIAT last week, and then wanted £123 for the complete arch-liner (available,from Italy).

A request in PARTS WANTED on here, has drawn a blank..

And eBay seems conspicuously absent of cars-breaking...

I think the OP may be referring to the pulley guard which to the best of my knowledge was developed by JBT.....
