As the title says. Looking for a better head for my integrale evo and want to open up more options. An N/A head would be nice if its the same because it comes with the higher lift (9.57mm) inlet cam, not as high as the tipo sedici (just over 10mm) but still higher than stock.
Thanks for any info,
Guy

Thanks, thats good to know. I swapped a delta 1600 ie N/A head with valves over to my 1600 delta hf turbo and the N/A exhaust valves were actually sodium filled. I basically read the code that was on them and told Guy Croft, who confirmed that they were sodium filled. Might be worth doing the same, though maybe fiat equipped the 16v engines differently.
Thanks,
Guy

Integrale valve guides can be different too.

8V NA heads dont have sodium filled valves. Id say the head you had was originally from a turbo or someone fitted sodium valves to it at some stage. Ive seen that before.
