Having received my entry pass today, the keen-eyed amongst you may notice that it says to enter by the Green entrance at the junction of St Stephens Street and Baldwin St. This is probably better than what I said before, although it's what Paul told me on Sunday rolleyes So ignore me and go in the Green entrance smile

to all entrants - we need to arrange a meet up before we arrive.

@ Joe and MABR - as you are both coming down the M5, do you want to meet on the A38 in the same pub as last year ?(see my earlier thread)

@ the Bristolians - you need to work out a place that our little convoy can meet with you?

2. Richy - Sprint Blue - 20V Turbo Plus

So who's meeting up at the same place as last year? Its just off the M5 on the A38 but can't remember the name of the pub. I think 7 am would be a good time. We've been allocated the best spot but still need to be early to guarantee the very best spot.

Blimey, so much for the Plus being the rarity of the species laugh

James is marshalling, so he'll be there before 7. I can drive up to the travellers rest to meet all then drive down in convoy?

I'll check the Travellers Rest postcode in a min and see what time we'll need to leave here to get there for 7am.

Tomorrow is the big day then.

There are so many lists in this thread, that I'm not sure who is meeting where, so I thought I would do a final list.

If you intend to meet at the travellers rest at 07:00 put your name here:

TRAVELLERS REST 07:00

1)Mr Tickle
2)
3)

@Joe - you have been very quiet on this thread - are you still coming?

@MABR - I have sent you a pm with my phone number. I know you have said you will meet us in Bristol, but if you make good time on your trip down you may still be able to meet up at the rendevous point.

Ready for the show! Gone to town for my home town show, don't think the coop knows what's hit it laugh

1) Wash, wax car, make shiny

-Done
click to enlarge click to enlarge click to enlarge click to enlarge

2) Clean inside, especially rear seats from carrying track tyres around

-Done, treated the leather on the seats, so not only cleaned!

3) Clean engine bay (thanks Patch for getting me inspired and the tips!!)

-Done, on a Scotty doesn't have quite the impact as a Broomie, but I'll be doing the VIS next.

4) Complete spec sheet to put in window and save all the repetitive questions (thanks Duncan78!)

-Done

5) Remember to put the yellow entry sheet on window!

-Done

6) Set alarm for 6.15 ish

-Urgh, done

I even went to town on the dirty crusty exhaust tail pipe, so not only does my Scotty now have a shiny fuel cap, but the tail pipe has been restored to its former glory.

See you all tomorrow, either at the Travellers rest or in town smile

I have just spent 4 hours poslishing the car. A first for me, I'm actually quite surprised how shiney it looks.

In the morning i'll be cleaning out the inside. I ran out of time today.

Can someone bring some tyre black

See you all tomorrow

COme on you blues too!!

I'll have some tyre black you can use - unless it makes your car look better than mine of course.

Just collected mine from the bodyshop from having a full respray so I'm paranoid about driving it anywhere at the moment.
