Blue20vt OP Enjoying the ride Joined: Aug 2007 Posts: 691 uk	Well the sun has made an appearance over the last few weeks and well I’m back in a coupe now, so time to have another Essex coupe meet. Location would be to start at the halfway house in Brentwood on the a127, as all previous meets have started at this location. Then go for a drive to either southend or a location that anyone can suggest? How does saturday the 21st may sound? names Below! Blue20vt

Its a nightmare on a Saturday Southend Bound on the A13 or A127 If anyone has a plugable widget to bring I need to check my accelerator cable settings. Ta p.s. this is only if I can get it through the MOT tomorrow, 2nd attempt.

There was loads of mega-chavs driving up and down the sea front. Even one or two "monster trucks". As night fell the wife and I beat a hasty retreat. Southend does have a lot to offer bar the sea front. Def not a place for a Coupe meet, there are lots of Ford meets, wheel spinning, burnouts etc, Neons used to be as standard!

Alternatively, meetup about 09:00 on a Sunday morning, then drive to the arches at westcliff for breakfast, if we get there earlyish parking outside is easyish. Then I would be happy to photograph and video each car on a "Drive by" possibly down by front, old Leigh, or for "urban chaos" photos under flyover at Pitsea Last edited by charlie_croker; 09/05/2011 13:08.
