have a good look at it and if you like it buy it i just bought one for £600 my self but does need a cam belt and a few bits but in my eyes its well worth looking at smile

Not sure of what you want it for, but a ton of rust on rear quarter. I shy away myself....best wait a save a bit more, that's what I'd do.

It's the cam belt and clutch that caught my eye, not to worried about the body work more the engine as I want a weekend project, just not sure about the fuel system and what problems may occur, as he states that he would recomend being set up on a rolling road.

well if you want a project that is going to spend a lot of time on the ramps and really is an unknown...
personally I think its very pricey considering the risk, could cost a fortune on mechanicals.

things like wishbones, radiator, turbo, can have you well up to £1000 in parts

Most of these cars even if looking mint usually need £1000+spending on them to get them right.

If you buy one for £500-£600 with a strong engine and minimal corrosion then i would say to get it mint will cost you 3k in the long run.

But 3k would struggle to get you a decent Mondeo at the moment so still very cheap.
