Not entirely sure where I should be posting this........

I am considering selling my Motec M600 with the advance functions upgrade package, but am not sure what value to put on it. I appreciate that it will have limited appeal on this forum but thought that someone may have an idea.

I am looking to sell the unit as my engine needs a rebuild and my piggy bank is empty....and my girlfreind didn't believe me when I told her a rebuild would cost £200

My thoughts were to sell the Motec and have a stage 5 remap and big maf conversion with Leighton, and have some cash left over for the rebuild.

The package would cost £2,900 new..... Anyone have any thoughts / advice please?

Sorry to hear your cars having issues.Was down at Fleas when mine was.Well done for sticking with it and great price on the rebuild .

The main expense with the Motec is getting the features unlocked.
Im sure Flea may know if they were or not.
If they are all unlocked then fire it on Ebay with the exact functions and a link to there webpage as they fetch good coin on there.
I would guess between £700-£1100 from what i have seen.
Flea has proven lately that stand alones arent required so its a good way of freeing up some cash.

The features are unlocked I believe, so as long as reinstating the factory ECU does not involve too much work then this could very well be an option...coupled with the fact that someone has just made me a very nice offer on it

Also speak to Barbz as he used to like these and i believe he fitted that unit to the car prior to you purchasing it.
