I'm very close to pulling the trigger on a batch of TCT cycling jerseys

With the support of Gore Bike Wear UK, the jerseys with be black/white Gore Contest FZ (full zip) decorated front and back with the TCT logo (see www.tct.org.uk).

http://s.wiggle.co.uk/product-media/5360...;h=2000&a=7

As I'm covering all the costs associated with getting these produced, 100% of the sale price of the jersey (pretty much the RRP of the plain jersey - ca £50) will go directly to TCT.

I'm canvassing interest and sizing at this point - I know there's a few cyclists on here and it's a chance to get a top-quality jersey whilst all the money goes to a very worthy charity. If you think you'd be seriously interested (without firm commitment at this stage) please could you reply including your likely sizing. I'm hoping to have these available early August.

Thanks for your support

Richard

That's great to see her - too good

Charlie got a tiny bit of movement in his foot a couple of week's back. They're very hopeful he'll get full movement back eventually - so happy

Rich, I don't need another one, but the way I see it this is a donation to a good cause and you get a free top as a bonus.

38" please

So these are underway now - hopefully printed next week but certainly before my Malin to Mizen Head ride which starts 4th Aug

Once I have a sample I'll post pics on here.

The ordering process will be this:

Donate £50 to my Teenage Cancer Trust Malin to Mizen page for each jersey you require. The money will then go direct to TCT - I will also be able to match-fund it - your £50 will be turned into £100.

Referencing your donation, send me a PM with quantity and size requirements plus a shipping address. I'll dispatch at the earliest opportunity.

Really appreciate all your support - I'm hoping that this initiative will raise £5000 for young people with cancer.

Not posted it yet but it's here

Thank you!

Jerseys have arrived at the printers - hoping to have them done by next Monday so I can collect them on my way back from Mallory Park race.

Hi Richard.

I'll take one. Medium please.

Do the TCT know you've set this up?

MRS, I know they are a business to have to make a profit, but I abhor justgiving's creaming off a percentage. Can you PM me with details so I can gift aid a payment without going through them.

If it's hassle I'll grit my teeth and bear it!

Great - yes TCT are very supportive - they would have done it themselves but are focusing on other things so are very happy that I'm doing it for them

I know. TCT have a donation system themselves but when I tried it before, it didn't always work which was a PITA. JustGiving is reliable. It does also make it much much easier for me to get the Match Funding. If it does really bug you, then by all means send me a cheque payable to TCT which I can then forward to make sure I get credited for it in TCT's match funding statement.

Gore stuff is slightly more generous than some of the European (esp Italian) fit and, I'd say, tends to be in line with general sizing norms

Hi Richard,

If I'm not too late, I'll buy a small. I'm not on here a huge amount so I will also send a PM.

So 30 of the 50 already donated! I'm delighted. Please don't hang about with your orders! Some sizes running short now...

Arrived safely and had its maiden outing last weekend. Superb. Thanks.

Yes - L, XL & XXL (8 in total - 42 gone which is fantastic)

Generally the feeling is that you should size up slightly - ie if you're not sure between L & XL go for XL.

I should add that the feedback on these jerseys has been fabulous. I wanted to produce a jersey that people would choose to wear rather than something cheap just to put the name on. Even the hardened cyclists on Bike Radar have been saying how good they are.

Backing up what Richard said, I'm a 38 and that needed a large.

Also backing up what Richard said, these are superb quality.
