We must all do our part for the planet. I unplugged a row of electric cars that nobody was using.

Did mine today too. Mind you I had to, I'd been sieving earth from the garden right next to it over the last couple of days.

Well, thanks to Pondman for organising this. I had a great day out watching the various aircraft fly over and being filled in on all the history of each plane by Pete and Ross. My plane knowledge is somewhat lacking compared to these two! The vulcan was just amazing to see, such a large plane, but the noise This event definitely needs more coupe's, as our area was a nice prime spot for watching planes and seemed that we had quite a bit of interest, even though we had 3 cars there

more info on the runway action please!! Various machine with either 2 or 4 wheels drove along it. A number of those with 4 wheels made the return at the end of a rope behind a Land Rover. Various aircraft used it to take off and land. Seriously, it was a bit disappointing, I think people had been put off going by the poor weather forecasts leading up to it and there were not many car exhibitors there. Bad weather elsewhere had stopped some aircraft attending, notably the Lancaster. The Vulcan did arrive to do its usual impressive display, and there were other interesting aircraft flying. How long since any one last saw a Meteor and a Hunter flying in formation?

Pete - Thanks Pete & Alexis for making it to the show, it was a quiet day on participation front and visitor numbers too, but it did mean we could stand and watch all the action from the car zone or even a comfy seat inside There were some good displays, even the famous hand brake parking guy, whose name escapes me, I'm sure I be provided with soon Doing 2 wheeled car driving in the stunt zone with some pretty impressive manoeuvres & lots of tyre smoke The Vulcan flew in this year, so that was fab. And some pretty special fly-by's from a grand selection of vintage craft. Please make it a "must come" next year, it's free entry for one + your car. There was good interest in our car too, quite a few previous owners came over to chat about how they missed there old coop's I'll miss mine till next spring as I'm SORNing her April. Oh well, I'd better make the most of the remaining month left on her tax see you again soon, Ross. P.S. Tim, what happened? Are you/Dad ok?
