I'll be really interested to see how this pans out. Mine look awful at the moment!

I used it on my Forester headlights and it worked pretty well. It certainly cleared the pretty bad yellowing along the top and it has staid clear. I did it about 8 weeks ago now and no recurrence yet. The final wipe is a bit odd though; it says it takes up to 24 hrs to dry, mine never dried in 48hrs with the headlamps removed and indoors. So just be aware of that, as you don’t want to do it outdoors when rain is forecast wink
Ebay should get you some for £11 delivered. Well worth a try. I didn't have to resort to the sanding pads; the first cutting paste was sufficient to clear the fogging. cool

A dutch forum member has used the turtle wax headlight lens restorer a few weeks ago for his Coupe.

It was his second set of headlights he refurbished and they turned out better then the first time he did it with other polish products.

So its good stuff for polishing restoring Coupe headlights.

I used stuff called micro mesh (designed to remove scratches from perspex and plastics) on a spare set of headlights i had lying in the garage, various stages of `grit` and then a ploish ,fair bit of time spent ,BUT what a finnish.......

As New !!!!

and have stayed that way

Try Brasso or simple T-cut - they do the same thing.

Yes but won't work on any deeper scratches

We use micro mesh on aircraft canopies and transparencies, very good stuff.
