They come up from time to time on here. I'm not sure whether anyone manufacture them any more. It may be worth contacting a few of the traders.
For the extra cost of parts needed to fit I'd say its not worth the aggro as you'll not see much, if any, benefit over the standard item.
A GT28R/RS is worth it so long as you get the associated modifications.

You'll need the 5 bolt-V band adapter, oil feed and return and compressor trumpets for the induction, all which can be purchased from Fleabay.

Wow I didn't realise, I thought it was essentially the same as the Coupes. If that's the case then it's worth an upgrade.

It's getting the v band that will be the trickiest part. Other than that those turbos change hands for peanuts as Dave has said. The cheapest hybrid (recon) to match this spec is £450 - £550. Do we know what size the turbine is on the 200sx turbo? I've done a bit of poking around and found a thread which states the Nissan GTiR turbo is different to the standard S14(a) turbo. SXOC link

Not according to the compatibility thingymebob! I did an e/bay search on the 200sx turbos and they seem to be really cheap in value compared to what we pay.

Turbos a very rarely straight swaps on any car - especially on Coupe 20VTs with their stoopid-ass not-proper-V-band fittings. you have to make them fit Yes totally agree, it's not just bolt on and go My GTir setup started much the same, £50 turbo and a Cr rebuild, then the fmic, boost controller, odds, live remap and finally 300+bhp. It's a slippery slope

I've asked the question on SXOC and the S14 journal bearing turbo has a 60 trim compressor (46.6mm /60.1mm), 62 trim turbine (53.8mm/41.7mm) in a 0.64 A/R T25 housing. Thanks to Kaci's link below the S15 turbo is the compressor is a 60 trim (60mm / 46.5mm) in a 0.60 A/R and a 62 trim turbine - (53mm exd / 38.5mm ind) in a 0.64 housing. The factory S15 spec turbo is pretty much the same as the Garrett GT2560R. As CC has said this is the same spec as our "GTiR" turbos listed on this link to hybrid turbo details. Therefore with the V-band or 5 stud downpipe the S14 turbo would be an upgrade to the Coupes TB28. The only thing I've yet to look at is the advantages of a Ball Bearing over Journal bearing. Could someone enlighten me?!

A few years ago I bought T28 from Nissan (part number 14411-75F00) but still can not find time to mount in my Bravo. Here, you can see my T28 from Nissan. Ball bearing turbo really spool faster, but the difference in price and repair price is several times higher! Davefaiers - what is the part number of your ebay turbo?

Ok so the next questions are:
What difference do the different sized wheels make? Presumably a smaller wheel is easier to spool but won't generate as much boost at the top end?
What is the relationship between trim, housing and wheel size?
What size are the wheels and housing sizes in the standard TB28?
Going on the trims both the S14 and S15 specs are identical with different wheel sizes. Both trims are what we put in the GTiR hybrid.

Only the S13, with the CA18DET, was a 1.8. S14 and S15 (also the Pulsar) used the SR20DET, 2 litre.
(Although the S13 used both CA18 and SR20 in Japan, only CA18 was used in the UK)
