Standard turbo Standard fuel pressure regulator/injectors 1.2(ish) bar boost Gtec 2 chip
Its running in the 14 AFR's coming on, and on boost between 2.5k rpm and 3.5k rpm, it starts to richen up towards 4k rpm and fueling is good up to the red line. Has anyone had similar issues, There's no fault codes stored in the ecu, do I need to be looking for a mechanical fault or is it a problem with the chip
Any help appreciated
Thanks

Which intercooler are you running? Are you using any kind of boost controller or just the original EBV? How much overboost are you getting before it settles to 1.2 bar? Fuel pump wiring mod. done?

I'm using a evo style intercooler, the boost is controlled by the wastegate pre-load spring set to 1.2 bar theres no boost controller, it overboosts to around 1.4 bar but only for a split second, and yep live battery feed to the fuel pump

How are you measuring the AFR? With a wideband lambda sensor before the cat?
If you PM me your address I'll send you the higher fuelling Gtec2, but it sounds like you may have to reduce boost slightly or else see Flea for a custom map.

my second step i think im going to change the ignition coils.
if you guys solve the problem can i have some ideas.
cheers

And all sorted! GrahamL sent me a higher fueling chip which didn't solve the problem
I'll post some pics up but it turned out to be the MAF sensor that needed relocating, I did have the Air filter clamped straight on to MAF but I've now moved it round the corner out of the line of sight of the filter and all seems well, fueling's now in the 12 AFR's and its pulling nicely
