Im thinking about getting my slam panel refurbed when I have my bumper resprayed next week. Its showing slight signs of rust and as the bumper is off I thought Id get the sprayer to do it at the same time.

I read somewhere on here someone had produced replacement stickers etc, are they still available and who was it?

cheers for any help

The bumper supports/mounts look ok, there is some service rust. But cant afford to do that at the same time, is there anything which you recommend doing to halt the rust or remove it. I'll strip/respray them another day

Contact Kayjey Richie, he did the stickers and may have some left.

I think it was Kelv27, not KJ.

He's around here quite often.

Just remembered I have a set. And no, you can't have them laugh

If you want frightening, have a look in the projects section; I've just started looking at the slam panel and bumper on mine... not a pretty sight.

It's what the bumper hides...

Wire brush the surface, then use a rust treatment (like Kurust) let it dry, it will change colour, Kurust goes from purple to black once cured. Then use a rust proof paint like Hammerite, if you want to keep everything colour coded even though you can't see it behind the bumper then you can spray with normal spray paint once the rust proof paint is hardened. I would key it (light sanding) so the spray paint adheres to the fresh surface.
