i have rear wheels out of alignment and understand that the tracing cannot be set at the rear.... is there some common parts or something that may be worn that causes the tracking to be out at the rear ?

my suspension is quite new and covered about 1000 miles at best.

Were the rear trailing arm bearings changed?

Rear arm bearings has to be changed, i would use a good local Fiat garage if you have one. If you're not an experienced mechanic yourself!
