Have you checked for air leaks, or slight exhaust leak near the lambdas?
I have just been going through the process with my red GTV, tickover is unstable, and on using MultiECUscan, I occasionally get a low voltage error on the front bank lambda. If air is getting into the exhaust upstream of the pre-cat lambda, it will read low voltage and try to richen the mixture causing poor tickover (apparently).
Airleak post MAF will effectively do the same think, and the ECU will try to adjust mixture and throttle flap to compensate.
Likely exhaust culprit is the manifold gaskets not being fitted correctly. A common inlet air leak is either the ribbing on the flexi hose perishing, or a gasket not placed properly if someone has had the chrome intake tracts off.
Hope that helps if you have not already tried it.
