Just bought a baileys dv from gumtree only to discover its the dv24 single piston and not the dv26 twin piston.

The seller has another valve but he cant be sure if its single or twin piston.

Does anyone have or recognise this dump valve?

A Forge DV004.

It was in my coupe when I bought it. Changed it back to the Bosch because a recirculating valve should be in a 20VT in my opinion. Only difference I experience is the now missing "pst...."

Edit: strange that the name "Forge" is not on your valve. It is on the Original. Same shape though.

So seller had the R-Spec Type B twin piston dump valve for sale but since fitting its causing the revs to drop and then stall. Could it be the springs in the valve thats the wrong strength for the coupe?
