I know that the regulator allows you to alter the amount of pressure to the rear brakes but not sure about the bush bit? confused

And the oil pressure at 45-50*C.....?

It could be an expensive job though if the flux capacitor wasn't changed when the lambda sensor was fitted hehe

If he's trying to say 'new rear brake compensator', he's failing with the description.

Yes that one made me chuckle.

It's looks a tidy example, I just hope he's sorted the rear trailing arm bearing as it's been flagged as an advisory for the past 2 years.

That totalcarcheck site looks to be useful, I put my own reg no in there and it came up with past MOT advisories I don't remember ever seeing before, I must check more carefully!

And no surprises for guessing the number 1 cause of failure:
1. Parking brake: efficiency below requirements wink

Stuck my old Coupe into that website and noticed in 2008 it was reported:

"Advisory Notices

Advise underbody corrosion all over underside of vehicle borderline in places"

....... ooo

Stop the corrosion by getting the underside steam cleaned
and waxoyl treatment.

Your local coupe specialist will no the areas that need extra attention

Oh and it's a yearly job

I never steam clean anything, water will make everything wet so any treatment that's applied after will be to a wet/damp surface defeating the object of protection.

My preferred method is bring the vehicle in out of the weather and let it dry for at least 5 days, give the underside an initial clean removing all the loose dirt, cut brush any surface areas that are showing corrosion and cut out any heavy rot and repair correctly, not slap a plate over the top and cover it in underseal.

Exterior areas are POR treated where needed and then fully under sealed with a thin light layer, not this sticky thick sh*t I've seem so many times that's over everything, that stuff just masks issue along with the coating subframes, bushes and anything else it comes in to contact with, I apply waxoyl under the arch liners and inside the sills and chassis only so once finished it only needs an annual inspection when serviced just to keep an eye on things.

I'm with you there, Joe,

I use waxoyl internally, underbody sealer only on exposed chassis parts, and that Hammerite-direct-to-metal stuff on the subframes.
