Good find. I'm surprised by how few there are local to me though.

I've always avoided my local council test centre, as I was under the impression they were a lot stricter.

The test centre I've always used don't do repairs, so I've always trusted them to fail a car because it should be failed and not because they want the work.
They are however, sympathetic towards things like the Coupes handbrake lol
