This is back again after a successful relaunch in 2015, albeit with a change of date from autumn to the weekend of May 13th and 14th. Ingliston Revival I've a sinking feeling the date may coincide with Viva Italia in Assen .....

Hi Clint. I fly back out early next week. Based at Sangachal Terminal, been there 9 years doing control and automation. We should meet up with Phil over in Az for a beer sometime. The Cressie Beach is some place btw! Walls so thin it's as if there's nothing between the sheets of wall paper.

Small world Barney, whats your name?
I was at the old CTTC centre before doing 18 month on East Azeri and then joining operations on SDB as Lead Inst (Coach/assessor). Im sure you will know a few of my old work colleagues, Russell Dimmery, Andy Johnston, George Smith, Ed Smith, Allan Forrest and Doug Ford? Still working with Ed still as he is on shift with me.
Clint

Not 100% certain but suspect I return to UK on 3rd May. If that's how it pans out (and I'm still employed!) then yes I'll be there. For the laps, I'm going in front of Marko though, my windscreen might last longer...

I was sure I posted about Ingliston this morning after getting up early to bid on a trombone for Michael on eBay. Well I obviously never finished it or Simon hijacked it again. Anyway I'm up for getting on track again and it looks like there will also be proper sprint racing without a pace car though it has to be a pre- 1989 car. May is a much better time of year I think and hopefully we will get a few more coupesters from around the country. I've not been hibernation Simon I've been tackling my type2 diabetes head-on by doing a lot of cycling, having rediscovered my love of it , especially now Mountain biking. Much as I would like to get to the coop meets I'm trying to avoid long stints of sitting in the car seat unless there is significant exercise at the end of it. Along with my change in diet it is going well - I got a pat on the back in my diabetic review last week as my blood sugar levels have dropped significantly Coupe is not really big enough to carry bikes and is now itself in Sorn hibernation.

Hi Mark. You did start a new thread about Ingliston, I guess mods removed it as this one already existed. Well done for getting fit. Extremely hard going to begin with.

Getting fit is not the tough bit , I've found that easy, it's the giving up alcohol and yummy foods that is the real tough bit.
