Potential for someone. If the plate is bringing back the right MOT details, then there's nothing too scary in there. The mileage doesn't match the ad however.
Any coupe at 1500 quid is a risk. But I'd rather buy an honest car on the cheap and fix it up than spend top dollar only to find faults that need more money. The online MOT history is showing for a Blue car, the advert does say he has retained the number plate so presumably applies to whatever car it is now on making it harder to trace the actual history without viewing the car or at least asking what the new reg is.

Airbag light is on, the least of anybody's worries, but possibly worth a punt..... I'd be looking for a bit of discount for the damaged bodywork thought, LE or not, it'll still cost you.
