Hey everyone...too much work for me I would think but their is an LE that has popped up on Ebay.

Ebay LE

Terrible description and looks like it needs a lot of work but I sent the seller a question about the mileage and he reckons it has only done 50k

This one looks even better - Ebay Dino Coupe

What do you mean thread drift? It's listed as a Fiat Coupe smile

That Dino's been on sale for a while, was £59,990. Perhaps I should have kept my Dino 2400 Coupe instead of selling it to fund the Porto 20vt back in Feb 1997?

DaveG and Wink, we all registered on the forum within a few days of each other.

Not sure why that matters but thought that was a bit of a coincidence

That's because Dec 2005 was when the forum re-started after the great crash...

Bodywork looks amazingly good for one that has stood and not been looked after, the mildew all over the interior doesn't look too bad either. Love the published list of questions wonder how many people on here they belong to. Bargain or nail only you can decide, and certainly not from the description, photos or answers given on the listing. That and the fact the seller has 0 feedbacks and the possible shill bidding, nice. Worth a visit in person and it started at £100!

Non runner, needs a new cambelt and probably lots more. Going for £1500 with over a week to go? Good to see the values creeping up!

Will it be another over priced sale that falls through though, just like DaveG's white plus?
Only time will tell.......!
I'd be suspicious of the fact you can't view it, lack of decent pictures and a zero feedback record, but that's just me! Also, how many people have asked the BIN question and he clearly isn't selling it that way crazy

One of the questions is mine as for looking good have you not clocked the fact it's just been washed hence the water/foam around it.

Errr yes,I meant the visible lack in the pictures posted of lacquer peel, corroding light cups and milky headlights...from what I can see the paintwork looks good, usually someone who has let a car stand doesn't care for it and it rapidly deteriorates on the drive. As Pondman alludes to above no viewings for an 18 year old car that is known to rust together with at least new brakes and a cam belt required shows how times are changing on the pricing of these (or the need for some to bid or pay way of over for a push button on the dash and piece of metal on the interior etc), well if the multiple suspect bids aren't his mate shill bidding.

The seller sent me a couple more photos which show a few areas which look like limescale tarnishing (not sure how that would happen with rainwater though...). The worst area which I can see from the pics is the black trim with the 20V turbo logo on the passenger door which his badly tarnished with some black paint flaking (I think it's also down some part of the passenger door, but you can't see that from the main photos in the listing)

If you take a look at the rear windscreen wiper in the main photos on ebay, then that also shows bad peeling of black paint which is consistent with the car having been left out in the elements for a few years.

Did anyone on here buy it? - I put in a bid but was pipped to the post at the last second.
