The wee one was presented to me by the wife of the organiser of the Viva Italia event at Assen on our belated arrival and the larger one was made by the same person and arrived a couple of weeks later, unannounced
They are Ty beanie baby bears, from left to right, Baristo the Italian bear, Holy Father (a Pope John Paul memorial bear) and Mistletoe, a Christmas bear chosen just for his colour, to match the Italian flag. I think it is appropriate to have a St Christopher medal in an Italian car, even though there is some controversy over whether he actually existed.

Oh, me and my friends deliberately sang badly at the audition so we didn't have to be in the choir. I was also dared to say "Cod" instead of "God" all through a reading at Assembly, and I duly obliged. My form mistress asked me if I had a cold. Tee hee.
Annie, I attended a boys C of E school and was in the chorus of "The Mikado" where, in the 3 Little Maids song we sang, "come from a ladies' cemetery".
Barnacle that's Dave Allen isn't it? My Aunt was a nun and his programme was the absolute favourite at her convent. They loved the Pope falling off his sedan chair apparently!
