After ten and a half years I’ve parted ways with my Coupe or ‘The Fiat’ as it’s affectionately been known. I needed a car which can get me to and from work and over the past 8-9 months she’s been troublesome and the running issues have meant I’ve not been able to enjoy it. I sold her to a club member who intends to get her fixed and while it was hard to watch someone else drive her away I know he will enjoy her for years to come. I’m sure he’ll have as much fun in T431OKE as I did

Ah! A sad day mate. I hope you can get another one day when circumstances allow.

Sorry to hear that Chris but I know that your patience has been well and truly tried over the past few months. Hopefully you will get another at some point

The time comes for everything and only you know when enough is enough. I have had mine from new since 1997 and it is getting to the point where it needs some rust sorting (bonnet, sills, wheel arches, etc) or letting go. The TÜV is due in March so I have started sorting out its few problems and even working in a usually unheated garage with the help of a fan heater is bad enough this time of year Maybe I will hand it over to my son so that it is not that far away before it finally has to be retired.
