Titled "Super Coupes" with budget of £3k. And the Fiat Coupe isn't listed.... yet the contemporary Pug 406 coupe is. Yeah, I know PC has run articles on the FC before, but I'm still a little outraged. Mag

Stay calm Toby - it just means your Coupe is worth £4k plus?!?! (The 406 Coupe was pretty good looking back in the day - but rather spoilt by just having a standard 406 dash?)

Plus the 406 looks rather dated today, especially the interior, not inviting at all I certainly would not choose it over the Coupe! My boss at the time had a 3.0 auto in light blue, but I was always underwhelmed whenever in it.

I test drove a 406 Coupe in late '96/ early '97 before buying my first (Fiat) Coupe, and was similarly underwhelmed. It didn't look too bad from the outside, but it was just not interesting enough to sit in or drive, IMHO.

Maybe the 3k is the issue if that was the target.
9 currently on autotrader - only one under 3k (non turbo)
11 found on ebay - 3 under 3k (1 and salvage and 2 non turbo) Point taken. If you're after a 20VT, then £3k may be a bit optimistic for a good one, although I think it is possible to find something reasonable for that kind of money if you look carefully. Certainly an NA can be had for under £1000. But you might argue that an NA isn't a "super coupe" but then, I'm not sure a 406 is either. Anyway, I'll go back to complaining about the usual things now like litter and dog fouling.
