The trusty 500 Lounge seems to have sprung a leak on the hydraulic system that runs the Dualogic robotised gear shifting. I’m needing to put it into the hands of my local Fiat dealer - who tried to sell me a £50 engine flush before even listening to what the problem was and then was keen to point out I was in for a minimum of £120 just to look at it.
Anybody aware of any specialists in this system? I can’t currently see where the leak is but the reservoir was empty and topping it up has had a week of trouble-free running until today. It’s a really awkward place in the bowels on the engine compartment.
I could just let Fiat have a go but last time they wanted to charge me £300 for the wrong part and it took nearly 3 months to resolve. Hopefully the dealerships are now more experienced.

I don't know the system but I assume it uses AT fluid and so it would be simple enough for any garage to fix a leaking pipe or joint..... So long as you can find / access it.
