Just been to this place to pick up a couple of bits for my Coupe -

FIRST-CHOICE-ITALIAN-CAR-SPARES

What a place! The workshops & out-buildings are attached to a sizeable old fashioned 3 storey manor-house on a BIG plot of land with a horse-shoe shape gravel driveway. The main work shop was wall-to-wall Fiat/Alfa workshop tools, all on boards with their out-lines drawn on behind (apparently they cleared out a closed-down Fiat/Alfa dealer a few years ago). All parts were labelled and on shelves & racks.

It seemed the whole family, i.e. Mum, Dad, Son & Daughter were involved - while I was there the son was fixing the rear number plate to his first car (a Mk2 Uno Turbo with a HUGE stereo install as a FIRST car??!! ). The daughter who couldn't have been much older than 12 or 13 had overalls on and was just finishing off degreasing an Alfa 147 front lower cross member and then started spraying it before she said she had to "get it put on the car" . Dad was busy cleaning up the front inner wings & cross-member from a Coupe while Mum greeted me and started asking all sorts of in-depth questions about my Coupe. In all there must have been 10 Fiat's/Alfa's on their drive, all in top condition. All this in the back of beyond in the Fens!

Came away shaking my head in disbelief!

Jeremy.

Think thats the one behind the poplar trees? I've been there, they were great and very reasonable on prices. Bit of a trek to the middle of no-where tho!

Yeah it is but it's only 25 mins from my house. Ironically I must've passed it 100 times over the last few years but never knew it was there!
