Fair play mate, cos i was thinking of doing this soon as im considering g-tech 1 etc, and wanted a health check first. So how much will it cost for what you are doing?? Also does anybody know a decent place within 50 miles of somerset? Bristol maybe?

All i know is alot of us have travelled a long way because perfect touch do a good job. This is very important because if its not done properly you might as well just stick a chip on it for all the good a live map will do. The rolling road session is about 110 +vat or the daddy live map chip is 450+vat.

my mods include:
full s/s exhaust de-cat k&n air filter novitech chip greddy profec b boost controller hybrid gtir turbo pro alloy fmic warlbro 255 fuel pump
im aiming to be over 300bhp reliably hopefully 310 to be optamistic!
the car feels much quicker since the boost controller was installed and its less boost! so im hoping that claudio will work some magic! and the its coupe project complete for me!
all in its costing me £450 plus vat!!

They are very underrated IMHO, and it still stands that i have yet to do one that hasnt been impressive to me. If i wasnt such a stickler for skylines i would love to play with one myself. I get much more enjoyment out of building and mapping cars for people on forums. They generally tend to be more of an enthusiast (sp) than someone who has just bought the car because they liked the colour . This means i have more chance of feedback that is worthwhile, not just good feedback... Some of the bits i have learnt from you guys would have taken me a lifetime to find out, i had a lesson in handbrake cables from Nigel this afternoon Cheers Rob

just got back in now!! omg what a difference! when rob took me out after the map i shit my self!! lol
it started off before the map with 280 bhp and 230 torque
it ended up more or less 297 bhp and 297 torque
and the peak power is around 4k!
my estimates were slightly off but ive got what i wanted and the pick up is amazing! its got so much extra torque now it feels like a tottaly different car!
my only concern is that it was spluttering in 2nd but it only did it two or three times and all is good now overall a really good day out and really impressed with my coop!!
slightly dissapointed on my estimations of figues but i was aiming for a 20 bhp gain anyway! but i would need uprated injectors and a fuel pressure reg to get to 320bhp so im happy with what ive got!!! and i used a shocking £70 of fuel in one day!!

You got the graph?? Where has all the extra midrange torque came from? Very impressive gain. What turbo are you running aswell?

GTiR it says... Maybe a good play with the controller and fuelling brought the torque up? Perfect Touch is looking like the only option for me now... Long run to london tho Iain

i'll chech the graph again later but the torque surges up on the graph from 3500rpm and it feels like some one has hit you with a sledge hammer!
rob did come in and say bad news i think your actuator is knackered but i told him the boost controller hasnt been set up in anyway! so that solved the problem of shaky boost! and he had a really good play with it. obviously got the nail on the head as im happy!
well almost he set up hi boost on lo and lo on hi. so im back to front but not to worry it does the same but the wrong way round on words thats all!!

Wow, that's a huge torque gain. What boost was that using?
I'm aiming to be going to perfect touch in the summer to have the same done, pretty similar set up too apart from the FMIC.

Copy the provided link of the pic & paste it here. cheers Omran
