I`d be kinda worried about metal filings getting into my oil . Surely thats one of the reasons why most oil filler caps are plastic now,that and cheapness of course. Still,it looks Baz

thanks baz but were are these metal filings coming from I would have thought there could be the possibility of filings when you screw the metal cap into the metal cam cover. I take it that the cap is made of aluminium alloy Baz

I erm, slept with my oil cap when I got it I was just admiring the single milled craftsmanship and I fell asleep. The next day, my missus came round, whipped the covers back, and there it was, in all it's quality machined glory She told all my mates at the pub that night. I still get stick now But it was a quality bit of machining tho

ha ha, the best is to come and it will be sorted verey shortly,yes well that bloody inlet manifold i was told its not a diy job to take that of,so i just might have to get that done its horrid,and dos my head in, well done for spoting that, no one has ever picked up on that.and thanks for comments on my bay,nice to get fedback,
