AS above really, need some adjustable konis for my FK's as the bouncing is driving me crazy, any one no where I can buy some, or a part number for them.

I'm fairly sure AA sell them. No idea how competitively priced they will be but I'd assume they'd be pretty good.

You can't fit the usual Koni insert into the FK, its about 4" too long. You need to get the propper insert supplied by FK, I ordered a pair through Gazzella Racing but got bored with waiting 2 months for delivery so cancelled my order.
I know Barbz is running those inserts in his coupe so it might be worth asking him if its cured the problem.

Think it was £127 for the pair of front inserts.

I've got a pair of silverline FK's in my garage in mint condition doing nothing that I really should get rid of !

They won't stop the bouncing though. The FK-Koni inserts need way more compression damping.

Ok thanks, so adjustable Koni's wont stop the bouncing?
Why do the FK s bounce? is it the spring rate? would a different damper help??

what springs do you have Genic? 80 or 100 or 120K? i think the 120 is the best for FKs..

Hi, I have the 100's on at the moment. I have heard that putting stronger springs on will improve them, But I think it comes down to the damping, TBH ~I want to put weaker springs on, with better dampers, I hope the koni's will help.
